This is one of the finest convention halls in the United States, and will seat 5,000 people. Building cost $137,000. The next annual convention of the North Carolina FarjjAers’ Union, which meets in the Capital City, December 10th, will be one of the great est gatherings of farmers ever held in the State, and from present indica tions will be the largest, in point of attendance, ever held by a State organization. Probably 700 regular credited delegates will attend this meeting, while a larger number of visitors are likely to be present. All sessions of the convention, except the first, will be held strictly in ac cordance with Union rules and regulations, and none but those having the pass-word will be admitted.
